Accommodations and Meals:

Contact The Inn at the Shaker Mill Farm directly to make arrangements for accommodations and meals. 19 rooms, all with private baths and air conditioning, are available at The Inn at very reasonable rates. A buffet breakfast is included in the price of a room. Single occupancy rooms are $195 for 3 nights and double occupancy rooms are $300 for 3 nights. Any person who stays 3 nights can also stay a 4th night for $40 (with continental breakfast). Any person staying a 5th night (bed only) can get a room for $25 per person.

Breakfast, for those not staying at The Inn, is $7.50/person/day. 2 dinners will be served at The Inn on Thursday and Friday for $20/person/day. If requested by sufficient guests, lunch will be provided on Thursday through Sunday for $16/person/day. Advance reservations for meals and advance notification of any specific dietary needs are required. Wine will be available at $5 per glass.

These prices do not include a 15% tax and service fee (8% New York State tax on rooms and meals and a 7% service charge).

Transportation:

The airport closest to The Inn at the Shaker Mill Farm is in Albany, NY. Taxis and car rentals are available at the airport. The drive from the Albany Airport to The Inn is about 1 hour.

A limited number of seats are available on a shuttle van provided by The Inn. Shuttle rates are $50 each way for 1 person, $30 each way for 2 people, and $25 each way for 3 people or more. Contact The Inn for more information about the shuttle service or to make shuttle arrangements.

Commuter train and bus services are available from New York City to communities near The Inn. Again, contact The Inn for more information about these services.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be issued, minus a $35 processing fee, if we are notified 7 days prior to the seminar.
